IMPORTANT UPDATE!
New Login For Online Banking

Members:  LOGIN first to your online banking. Then, select “Settings” which will direct you to where the changes can be made. 

New Online Banking Logins

Pine Tree Community Credit Union is updating the login procedure to your online account! The new procedure provides added security to your online account. Additionally, members will be able to manage their own username and password at any time!

What You Need To Do Now.

Please handle this important update in advance of the end of the year 2020 to ensure a smooth transition in the New Year 2021.   

We want to ensure each member has a smooth transition to their online account so please be sure the following information is current in your online banking account:

  • Email Address
  • Cell Number
  • Phone Number
  • Other information we may use to contact you

You may need to update your username and/or password if it does not meet the security requirements.

Why do I have to update my login information?

We are instituting a more secure method for logging into Online Banking. This enhanced security system verifies member identity by requiring multiple credentials.   It creates layers of security to increase the confidence that the person requesting access is the member they claim to be.   Our system not only requires a username and password, but an additional code transmitted via text, voice message, or email to verify identity. 

How to Update Your Username

If your Username is not compliant, you will automatically be required to update it: 

Must Contain:

  • Must be at least 5 characters long.
  • Must contain 1 number and 1 letter.

Cannot Contain:

  • Cannot contain spaces, less than symbols (<), nor apostrophes (‘)
  • Cannot contain your account number.

Steps:

  1. In the Online Banking box, enter your username and click the “login” button.
  2. Enter your existing Username and Password and click the “Next” button.
  3. Pick your delivery method, either text, voice message, or email address for an incoming Access code.
  4. Enter the Access Code.
  5. Enter your new Username using the on-screen guide for complexity and click the “Next” button.
  6. Your Username is now reset, and you are logged into Online Banking.

How to Retrieve Your Username

Forget your Username? You can securely retrieve your Username in seconds.

Steps:

  1. In the Online Banking box, enter your username and click the “login” button.
  2. Click “Forgot Username.”
  3. Enter your Social Security Number, date of birth, account number, email address, and phone number.
  4. Confirm your email address.
  5. Click the “Next” buttons. The login screen will reload.
  6. Check your email account for your Username.
  7. Log in with your retrieved Username.

Password Requirements

To make your password stronger, include symbols like !, ?, $, %, ^, &.

Requirements:

Must Contain: (Passwords ARE case sensitive)

  • Must be at least 8 characters and not longer than 30 characters
  • Must contain 1 number and 1 letter
  • Must contain 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter

Cannot Contain:

  • Cannot contain spaces, less than symbols (<), nor apostrophes (‘)
  • Cannot contain your account number
