Paying your Pine Tree Community Credit Union loans by Credit Card, Debit Card or from another financial institution is fast and easy.
Please note that payments submitted before 6:00 PM EST will be posted the next business day. Payments submitted after 6:00 pm EST will be posted in 2 business days. NOTE: This tool allows you to make Pine Tree CCU loan payments only.
How it works:
Start by clicking the “LOAN PAYMENT” button located on every page to the right of the Online Banking Login field. Clicking the button will redirect you to the Portal Pay page. On that Portal Page follow these steps:
Step 1. PAYER INFORMATION – Enter all information as directed.
Step 2. LOAN INFORMATION – Enter the PTCCU account number and the loan suffix (example: 1234.300) and payment amount.
Step 3. PAYMENT INFORMATION – Select where your payment is coming from:
Bank Account – Enter Routing Number, Account Number and Account Type.
[ Submit ]
Debit or Credit Card * – Enter Card Number, Exp date (MM/YY) and Security Code.
[ Approve Card ]
* Credit Cards must be Mastercard only. You will be charged a $5.00 fee with every Credit Card payment.
